Sydney Moser graduated in spring, 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in Food Science. She interned with Penn State’s Berkey Creamery during the summer of 2011, successfully completing five large projects.
Quchat Shekarri an international student from Nigeria, is a senior at Penn State University majoring in food science. She interned with Penn State’s Berkey Creamery during the summer of 2010 and had projects such as revising ice cream recipes and writing standard operating procedures.
Benjamin Thomas, an undergraduate student from Pennsylvania, was a intern at the Penn State Berkey Creamery as a junior at Penn State University and is pursuing dual majors in business economics and music history.
Matt Tressler, a native of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, will graduate in the spring of 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in Food Science and a minor in Agribusiness Management. He interned with Penn State’s Berkey Creamery during the summer of 2012, successfully completing several large projects and gaining experience performing plant work.
