Creamery Plant

Our current facility is located in the same building as the Creamery store. Here we have a receiving bay where the milk is shipped to us in tankers. The lab tests the milk from the tanker before it goes into the holding tank.  Once we have received the okay from the lab, the milk is processed and sent to various locations to produce numerous products to be consumed on campus, sold from the store and via the internet.

These locations include the milk processing area, ice cream area, and cultured products room. Each location has individual responsibilities conducive to the overall success of the entire Creamery.
